Spare parts and upgrades

Spare shuttles

We provide on-site spare shuttles as insurance against full breakdowns or when immediate repair is not feasible. Additionally, stow maintains a stock of spare shuttles for rapid dispatch in emergencies and offers rental shuttles for a maximum period of six months to handle peak capacity without the need for purchasing additional units.

Software care and retrofitting

We ensure client systems remain up to date with the latest enhancements and bug fixes. Furthermore, stow experts assist in upgrading solutions to leverage the latest technologies, including complete retrofits of mobile racking installations by replacing mobile bases and upgrading electrical components.
